A New Years Revolution…
Hello beautiful souls,
I am a woman on a mission! Those of you who follow me on social media will know that I am working really hard and I’m on a mission to help as many people as I can. There’s been some really intense treatments in the healing room, and with clients coming back for repeat sessions, I can see the positive difference my sessions are making for people. I’ve seen so many clients and students really boosted in confidence and empowered to take charge of their own lives, and for me that’s why I do what I do. I absolutely love it!
January can be a s*** time for people. You make all these resolutions and then you fall down trying to achieve the unrealistic goals you’ve set yourself or the hype dies down and you’re stuck doing things you don’t really want to so you just go bleugh and give up. This year, I’ve decided to do away with the resolutions, and create a revolution!
I’m running a course in February (details on link below) which is a series of 4 meditation workshops. The idea is to get people to start creating their own personal revolutions and start changing their lives from the inside out.
The more I talk to people, the more I hear that people think meditation is this wierd mystical thing that happens. It is for hippies, it’s not for me, I don’t have time, I’m just not very good at it, I can’t concentrate. Rubbish!
You were born to do this, and I’m going to show you how! The meditation course that I am running is over four weeks on a Thursday and you have the option of a morning or an evening session.
The first week we will look at the basics of meditation, the practical stuff, how to get started and we learn grounding techniques as it’s an important part of the practice.
Week two will be looking at mindfulness and breathing. There’s a lot written about mindfulness, and in this session we will explore what the idea of being in the present moment means and learn ways of incorporating this in to your life.
Week three we will learn all about chakras and how to balance your own energy. This is useful to know so that you can keep yourself in balance, and sense when you need extra help.
The final week will be exploring the idea of journeying through meditation and how this can be used to support your own healing.
