When it comes to self help and healing, it can be a little overwhelming knowing where to start so we offer structured learning with the face to face support that you need. Online courses are great for the basics but we recognise that some people need that extra support and coaching.

If you’re getting started on working on yourself, you probably just want the basic tools to do the work. This is where the workshops can really help.

Some of us like to ask questions though and go a bit more in depth and so these One to One sessions allow you to get more from the interaction and you can ask as many questions as you want to.

The workshops are tailored to what you need to get out of the session and provide you with tools and strategies that are practical.

Workshop format

Although the content is set and structured, We’re happy for you to send any specific questions or areas that you would like us to cover for the workshop at least a week in advance. We build these in to the content for you so the workshop is about meeting your needs through the teaching. It also ensures we don’t run over the allocated time. 

All you need to do is have your notebook or journal with you. We aim to answer as many questions as time allows within your allocated slot. You can always book a follow up coaching call if there’s specifics that you need help with after the workshop.
